Curtis Stone’s Piri Piri Wings

Serves 6-8 as a snack

2 to 3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed or whole
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 Fresno peppers
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar


In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and brown.

While chicken wings bake, in a blender, combine peppers, garlic, sugar, and salt and pepper, to taste.

In a large bowl, toss the cooked wings with the Piri Piri sauce.
