Michael Pollan, one of the most influential people of our time, joins Rach in the kitchen to dish about his hit Netflix documentary series: 'Cooked.' He explains the importance of cooking, and how it connects us to nature, and to each other. “Cooking brings together even enemies, right? And then when you have a summit, you know the heads of different countries get together, and what do they do? They break bread; they have a meal, and it breaks down tension between people,” explains Michael. “Every time you cook, it’s a gesture of love and generosity.” Never heard of ‘Cooked’? It’s a riveting four-part series, based on the four elements: fire, water, air, and earth. Michael explains more about it in the video above!
