Kelly Rowland may be a five-time Grammy-winning singer, but she still felt all the same things other new moms feel when she had her son Titan two and a half years ago. And she’s trying to help other moms be more prepared with her new book, Whoa, Baby!: A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out.
