When we grow up, we want to be Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg. Because one thing’s for sure: Their relationship is the definition of GOALS.
When the adorable duo sat down with Rach at our kitchen counter, they told her all about their recent vow renewal in honor of their 3rd wedding anniversary -- and the story couldn’t be more heartwarming.
“I [usually] surprise her with a little ceremony, so this year was hard, because she probably knew it might be coming,” Donnie explains. “But I decided to take her somewhere unique in our town of St. Charles.”
The New Kids on the Block singer brought his wife to the historic Arcada Theater (he told her had to pick up concert tickets), where he had the whole space set up with candles, arranged for a cellist and guitarist to be there, and had a video of their time together playing in the background.
CAN YOU HANDLE IT?
So, rightfully so, Jenny went on to gush about her man.
“He is just as romantic as he sounds, I swear,” she says. “Every single day, I go, ‘Thank you God for him coming into my life.’”
“For every single mom, I hope they see that there’s not only hope, but I literally found -- I think -- the best one in the world,” she continues while fighting back tears. “But you will, too. They’re out there. So don’t give up!”
