"This Is Us" fans, who else freaked out about seeing Jack Pearson (a.k.a. Milo Ventimiglia) as an old man in the season 2 finale in March?!

Now, while Mandy Moore -- who plays Milo's wife Rebecca Pearson on the hit show -- is no stranger to the 3-hour cosmetic aging process ("She’s so patient with it," Milo says), it was a brand-new experience for Milo.

"It was crazy," the former "Gilmore Girls" star tells Rach, “to be older than my own father.”

(The 40-year-old actor had to be aged more than 30 years!)

"My mom and dad are just barely 70, and I still think of them as very young, very young-spirited," he continues, "but putting on the makeup and the hair and the little belly pad and the way the clothes were fitting and how I was standing and talking to my co-stars -- I couldn't get out of being that age in the time."
