("CBS") operates this site on behalf of the Rachel Ray Show.  CBS (and other service providers working on CBS's behalf) use some of the personal information collected from you through your use of the site in order to deliver advertising that is personalized for your interests in the hope that it will be more relevant and useful to you.  Here are a few options for controlling the access to or use of your personal information for advertising purposes:

Opt-Out of the “Sale” of Personal Information by DAA Participating Companies for this Device

The Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) offers a CCPA compliance tool based on its Ad Choices tool, but adapted specifically for the “Do Not Sell My Personal Info” rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2019. This tool offers a centralized place to opt out of the sale of personal information by any or all DAA participating companies that are collecting your personal information across multiple websites (including the CBS Services). To exercise your right to opt out of these companies’ sale of your personal information please use the tool below. Please keep in mind that while CBS provides the DAA tool as a means for companies who collect information on the CBS Services and who participate in the DAA program to receive and honor “Do Not Sell” choices, CBS does not control the activities of DAA participants or have the ability to verify or enforce any participant’s compliance with any DAA standards.
