Bourbon Dogs

Serves Serves 6-8 as a snack
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup bourbon
8 hot dogs, cut into thirds on a bias
Combine all ingredients except hot dogs in a medium-size, oven-safe pan. Bring to a simmer until well-combined and slightly thickened. Add hot dogs into the bourbon mixture. Cover place in 250°F oven or in a slow cooker on low for 1 hour.

Serve on a tray with toothpicks.
