February has officially come and gone.

While it's hard not to get excited about the warm Spring weather on the horizon, it's equally difficult not to get nostalgic about the last 28 days.

The reason: Every day on our show was packed with one delicious recipe after the next -- everything from cheesy chicken, to smoothies and pasta.

To celebrate, we've pulled together February's top 10 recipes on our website. Check them all out, below.

10.) Sausage and Butternut Squash Skillet Supper

One-skillet suppers are always popular on our site; not only are they super-easy to make, they're just as simple to clean up. This particular recipe combined a go-to meat with a classic winter ingredient for a taste that was seriously delicious.

9.) Dr. Ian’s Cheese-Packed Chicken Breasts

This recipe is featured in Dr. Ian's brand-new cookbook, and if its popularity is any indication, the book is about to become an instant staple in kitchens across the country. Healthy + cheese + chicken -- You don't need a math degree to know that equals perfection.

8.) Roast Chicken Ragu

This pasta dish continues to be a perfect way to snuggle up in front of a big bowl of comfort goodness. Serve it up with some gnocchi and you'll seriously be wishing that winter could stick around just a little bit longer.

7.) Penne alla Senese

Another pasta recipe that hit big was Rachael's gorgeous Penne alla Senese, which is as yummy as it is versatile. Since it's basically a sausage and ham with pasta dish, if you have leftovers the next day, it's not a bad idea to take a frying pan, a little bit of olive oil, crisp up the leftovers -- like a little pasta hash -- and put an overeasy egg on top. Delicious!

6.) Riggies with Charred Tomatoes, Hot Sausage, Kale and Ricotta

We're starting to sense a theme here! Seriously, though: This pasta dish is every bit as comforting as it is romantic. Haven't made it yet? Pencil it in for your next at-home date night. Your loved one will will be asking for seconds in no time.

When it comes to meals that stack up, everybody agrees that eggplant is a really tasty choice. Instead of making a big casserole, it's a lot easier to portion these out if you stack up your eggplant parm. To quote Rach: These are crazy good -- enough to almost top our list!
