Chef and Restaurateur Fabio Viviani (of Top Chef fame) is visiting Rachael and presenting an appetizer, side dish and entrée – all of which feature five ingredients! And some of those ingredients overlap, so your shopping list is going to be short for this meal.

Toasted Baguette with Prosciutto Di Parma, Homemade Sundried Tomato, Basil and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

The title may be long, but this elegant appetizer is extraordinarily simple, and packed with flavor. Just toast some sliced baguette with olive oil, then layer prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes above.

Rolled Flank Steak With Mint Pesto

A vibrant spinach and mint pesto is slathered over a butterflied flank steak in this easy but impressive recipe. Then, you simply roll up the steak and tie with string, brown on the stove, and transfer to your oven or grill. Easy and excellent!

Baby Potatoes Roasted in Parchment Paper

Fabio’s potatoes are “put to bed” in a “blanket” of parchment paper in this recipe. Toss some baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, mint and salt and pepper, then roast in a parchment pouch. Bellissimo!
