If you can squeeze a piping bag, you can definitely make these festive cupcakes!
Transforming a batch of white frosted cupcakes into a bouquet of holiday poinsettias is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Ok, 4.
1. Roll the tops of the cupcakes over a plate of sparkly crystal sugar.
2. Use a bag of red icing to form two layers of petals.
3. A dot of yellow forms the center of the flower (that would be the pistil, for all you horticulturists).
4. Green piped between the petals look like leaves. Or in Rach’s case, pine trees.
