We've all heard of book clubs, but something new and trendy that’s even more up Rach’s alley?
Cookbook clubs! (And Rach has written a TON of cookbooks.)
When we heard that the Whitehall Public Library Cookbook Club in Pittsburgh dedicated one of their meetups to Rach's cookbook, Everyone Is Italian On Sunday, we had to have the club leader, Cheryl, on our show!
"Each month we choose a cookbook," Cheryl explains. "Each person chooses a recipe, prepares it and brings it to the library for us to share."
(Sounds like a party to us! Can we go?!)
The most popular dishes from Rach’s cookbook, according to Cheryl and her friends?
Caesar-Stuffed Eggs, Penne Vodka and Tomato-Vodka Soup.
(We sense a theme with those last two!)
If you want to follow their lead, start with these go-to recipes straight from Everyone Is Italian On Sunday!
