You probably already know that rice is delicious in risotto, stir fry or as is -- but have you ever tried rice pudding?

Now, a lot of recipes, like this Orange-Star Anise Rice Pudding, take about 20 minutes or more to whip up -- but what if we told you that you could make a warm, spicy fall version in just 60 seconds?

(Yes, you read correctly -- just 60 seconds!)

AND in a mug in the microwave!

Plus, you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already! (Leftover rice, anyone?)

The leftover rice simply has to be microwaved for 30 seconds before you stir in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and the flavors of your choice (this one uses pumpkin puree and raisins) and let them all cook together for another 30 seconds.

Sound too good to be true? Get the full recipe here!

(Bonus: It can be served hot or cold *and* it's gluten-free!)
