Wendie Malick’s Cumin-Roasted Baby Brussels Sprouts

2 pounds baby Brussels sprouts
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
Olive oil


Preheat oven 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, coat Brussels with olive oil; season with salt and cumin. Place in a baking dish and brown until the edges are curled about 35-40 minutes. Squeeze fresh lime juice over them before serving.
