Heat griddle to medium heat.

Slice the apple into rings 1/4-inch thick. Core each of them.


Mix the cinnamon into the pancake batter.

Melt butter on the griddle.

Dip each of the apple rings into the pancake batter, shake off any excess and place directly onto the hot griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes per side.

Serve with caramel sauce.
