Leftover Suzanne’s Green Beans, chopped
Leftover Suzanne’s Mashed Potatoes and/or Leftover Suzanne’s Sweet Potatoes
Leftover Suzanne’s Pumpkin Soup
Cream cheese, softened
1 egg, fried
Chop green beans and add potatoes in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into pancakes and fry in olive oil.
Mix pumpkin soup, cream cheese and strawberry preserve to make a gravy.
Sauté shredded turkey. Place turkey on top of mashed potato pancake and drizzle maple syrup over turkey. Top with fried egg and gravy.
