• 2 ounces Scotch
  • 1/2 ounce Dry Sack sherry
  • 3/4 ounce Bonal Aperitif
  • 3/4 ounce Zucca Amaro
Serves: 1 cocktail

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Mist lemon oil over top of cocktail.

Place a semi-dried leaf with pine (or juniper) sprig in glass. Torch the tips of both to release wisps of aromatic smoke.
