- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1/2 ounce fresh pressed carrot juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce ginger/agave syrup (equal parts water and agave heated with fresh ginger root)
- Soda water
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a carrot stick.
