Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter, chunky or smooth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chunky strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, crushed
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, peanut butter, sour cream, jam, honey and salt. 

Form the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap to chill for at least 1 hour.


Once the cheeseball is set, remove it from the plastic wrap and roll it in the crushed peanuts; form it into a football shape.

Serve with toasted pieces of white bread and graham crackers alongside.
