Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4 large Russet potatoes
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper
 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.
 
Prick the top of potatoes in a few places and rub them with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and roast 1 hour.
