- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 ½ ounces chocolate liqueur
- 1 ½ ounces crème de menthe
In a blender, combine milk and ice cream with chocolate syrup, chocolate liqueur, and crème de menthe. Blend on medium speed, stopping to stir several times with a long spoon, if necessary, to help the ingredients blend well. Add more or less milk or ice cream to reach your desired consistency.
Top with whipped cream and add a garnish.
