Clinton Kelly’s Grasshoppa! Milk Shake

Serves 1

1/3 cup milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 1/2 ounces chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 ounces crème de menthe


In a blender, combine milk and ice cream with chocolate syrup, chocolate liqueur, and creme de menthe. Blend on medium speed, stopping to stir several times with a long spoon, if necessary, to help the ingredients blend well. Add more or less milk or ice cream to reach your desired consistency.

Top with whipped cream and add a garnish.
