John Cusimano's Texas 40 Cocktail

Serves 1 cocktail
Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounces St. Germain
4 dashes Peychaud bitters
Pink Champagne
1 lemon slice

Preparation

Shake first 4 ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled wine goblet. Top with pink champagne and garnish with a lemon slice.
