One couple is helping to change their community for the better with their business called ‘Beau’s Coffee.’ Currently, it boasts 18 employees who have a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their inspiration for starting this business? Their two youngest children who were both born with Down’s syndrome, and it’s purpose is to create a better world for everybody that has an intellectual disability.
