This 78-Year-Old Woman Proves It’s Never Too Late to Publish Your First Cookbook

Viewer Elisa Costantini grew up in a small town in the Abruzzo region of Italy and learned to cook at a young age using simple, fresh ingredients. Even though she has lived in America for more than 50 years, she still cooks old-school Italian.

Now at the age of 78, Costantini has become a first-time author with her cookbook, Italian Moms: Spreading Their Art to Every Table, which has sold over 7,000 copies! Go Elisa!
