On the show, two families seeking a tropical Disney Cruise of their own ditched their bulky outerwear (well, at least two family members did!) for swimsuits and went head-to-head in a summer-themed relay race called “Win, Lose, or Thaw!”
Representing the blue team was the Carl family from Bordentown, New Jersey: Jim, Kim, and their twin boys, Caden and Ryan. Jim and Kim have been very busy raising their 4-year-old sons, and feel like it’s time to get out and enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation with the family.
On the red team was the Kreiness family from New Fairfield, Connecticut: Dan, Kristine, Evan and Leah. Since the family has never been on vacation all together before, they feel this could be a great experience for their family.
THE PRIZE
The winning team received a seven-night Disney Cruise Line Vacation to the Bahamas! While cruising, they’ll have super-cool Disney experiences along the way, including the all-new Marvel Day at Sea. The entire family can unleash their inner superheroes in an all-day, action-packed celebration with their favorite super heroes, comics, movies and more!
