Mother-daughter duo Mina Starsiak and Karen E. Laine from HGTV’s “Good Bones” are here -- and Mina has an ingenious tip for making an inexpensive bookcase look just like a fancy “built-in” bookshelf.

And this is it: In order to make your self-assembled bookcase look like a fancy built-in, place it in the corner of the room and add crown molding to the edges to make it look like a continuation of the ceiling and the floor!
