You can't really go wrong with a beautifully arranged floral centerpiece -- but we can all agree that it can get a little boring after a while (and expensive!).
That's why Bobby Berk of Netflix’s “Queer Eye” reboot likes to spice up his party decorations a bit -- by making them himself with fruits and veggies!
(Yes, he still mixes some flowers in there!)
"I don't like using things that are wasted," Bobby explains.
His fruits and veggies of choice? Artichokes and kumquats!
Who knew artichokes could be so pretty?!

Plus, arranging them can be fun! In fact, Rach was enjoying herself so much that she didn’t want to stop.
(Bobby's company could’ve had something to do with it, too!)
Then, once your party's over (or even in fully swing, if you’re really eager), you can turn your centerpieces into a delicious meal!
(Take it from us and go this route: Rachael's Stuffed Artichoke)
