TV show host Dr. Phil McGraw has had Type 2 Diabetes for 25 years, and now he’s visiting our show to talk about his new campaign and to share a healthy and delicious recipe!
Dr. Phil has teamed up with AstraZeneca to launch the “On It” campaign to help those suffering from the illness, and he and Dr. Pamela Kushner talk with Rach about what diabetics can do to improve their health.
One important step to wellness is a healthy diet, so Dr. Phil shows Rach how to make a delicious strata with whole grain bread, feta cheese, eggs, lowfat milk, asparagus, garlic and onion and tomatoes.
