If you don't eat dairy, this superfood may soon become your new best friend!

While you may have heard of dairy alternatives, like almond milk (is it actually healthy?) and cashew yogurt, have you heard of coconut yogurt?!

Well, get ready to see it everywhere this year, because celebrity nutritionist Keri Glassman is calling it one of the superfoods of 2018!

(Of course, if you have a nut allergy, avoid nut-based yogurts, Keri warns!)

According to her, it's loaded with calcium, vitamin D and B12 (which is useful for everyone, but particularly good for vegans who aren’t getting that from dairy).

What’s more is that Keri says coconut yogurt actually smells like dairy AND tastes good.

"I happen to think it’s delicious," Keri says.
