Most people associate rosacea with redness of the skin, but did you know that rosacea could also cause acne-like pimples?
Well, according to New Jersey-based dermatologist Dr. Jeanine Downie, lots of breakouts on your nose could mean you have rosacea not acne.
And apparently, there are certain foods and drinks that could cause rosacea to flare up.
Now, Rach wasn't too thrilled about this list of culprits, and to be honest, neither are we -- BUT the more you know, right?
1. Red wine
2. Hot peppers, like jalapenos
3. Spicy salsa
4. Coffee
5. Tea
So what *can* you eat to help ward off rosacea?
Dr. Jeanine suggests loading up on Omega-3s (you'll find that in salmon!) and cruciferous vegetables, like Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and kale.
