Most people associate rosacea with redness of the skin, but did you know that rosacea could also cause acne-like pimples?

Well, according to New Jersey-based dermatologist Dr. Jeanine Downie, lots of breakouts on your nose could mean you have rosacea not acne.

And apparently, there are certain foods and drinks that could cause rosacea to flare up.

1. Red wine
2. Hot peppers, like jalapenos
3. Spicy salsa
4. Coffee
5. Tea
