Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Yield

Serves: 6-8 as a snack

Preparation

In a large serving bowl, combine the melted butter, salt, sugar and cinnamon.

Place popcorn and oil in a large kettle or pot with a tight-fitting lid over medium heat. When corn begins to pop, shake the pot constantly. When popping slows, remove pot from heat and pour the popcorn into the large bowl with the cinnamon-sugar butter. Toss to coat.
