Tequila Lime Cranberry Sauce

Serves 6-8
1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 jalapeo, seeded and finely diced
1 cup sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lime
2 shots of Tequila

Boil the cranberries, jalapeo, sugar, pinch of salt and 1 cup of water. Cook until cranberries begin to burst. Add in the lime juice and zest and tequila.

Remove from heat, let cool and transfer to a serving dish.
