Marc Murphy's Yogurt Mint Dipping Sauce

1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
Almost-empty container of plain Greek yogurt

Add lemon zest, water and mint to the yogurt container. Stir until combined and yogurt mixture has thinned to a dipping sauce. Serve with pita chips, crudits, etc.
