Playing Marc Murphy's Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 pinch herbes de Provence
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Almost-empty jar of Dijon mustard

Add red wine vinegar, water, herbes de Provence and EVOO to the mustard jar. Seal closed and shake vigorously until combined.
