• Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Pancetta, cubed
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Onions, sliced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh Basil


Serves: eyeball all ingredient amounts


Drizzle olive oil into a pan.

Add garlic and saut.

Throw in the pancetta.

Then add in the mushrooms and onions.

Saut all until golden brown.

Throw in the crushed tomatoes.

Add salt, pepper, and fresh basil at the end to taste.
