Danielle Jonas' Family Recipe: Red Sauce Pancetta

Serves eyeball all ingredient amounts
Olive Oil
Pancetta, cubed
Mushrooms, sliced
Onions, sliced
1 can crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Fresh Basil

Drizzle olive oil into a pan.

Add garlic and saut.

Throw in the pancetta.

Then add in the mushrooms and onions.

Saut all until golden brown.

Throw in the crushed tomatoes.

Add salt, pepper, and fresh basil at the end to taste.
