- 32 ounces vanilla frosting
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (Recommended brand: Patron XO Caf)
In a stand mixer blend frosting, espresso powder and coffee liqueur until smooth. The granules of espresso powder will not all disappear -- to the untrained eye, theyll look like real vanilla bean specks! Yeah, fake-out!!.
