Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- Juice from 1 grapefruit
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4-inch ginger, grated
- 1 head bok choy, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 grapefruit, segmented (reserve two for garnish)
- 1/2 cup frisee, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Combine buttermilk and grapefruit juice with garlic and ginger. Toss together with remaining ingredients and let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
