• 1 box Uncle Bens® Brown Rice
  • EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • A handful of cilantro, chopped
Serves: 4-6

Prepare rice to package directions.

Place a few tablespoons of EVOO in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add in chickpeas and saut. Add in salsa to warm through. Toss in rice and stir well.

Garnish with cilantro and serve.
