Ingredients
  • 1 box Uncle Bens® Brown Rice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated or minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 cup edamame, beans removed from pod
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation

Prepare rice to package directions.

In a large pan, heat sesame oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Toss in edamame and cook for just a minute. Fold in rice and flavor with soy sauce to taste.
