Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of half-and-half
  • Kernels scraped from 12 ears of corn
  • Lady Marmalade Seasoned Sea Salt, to taste
  • Lady Marmalade Seasoned Pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onions
  • 1/2 cup finely diced habaero peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions with some green part
  • 2 tablespoons diced fine jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup diced heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cup cilantro

Preparation

Pour water into a medium-size skillet over medium heat. Add butter and cream, and stir. Add corn and seasoning. Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently for 10 minutes.
