Pnina Peled's Tahini Sauce

1 cup tahini paste
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 small cloves garlic, pureed
1/2 cup tepid water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Combine the tahini paste, lemon juice, cumin and garlic in a bowl and whisking to combine. Whisk the water in a bit by bit until you achieve a creamy sauce. Season to taste with salt and more lemon juice, if necessary.
