Eric's Fry Sauce Burger

Serves 4 servings
For the Sweet Mixture:
2 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon grape jelly
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
For the Fry Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon cream
3 teaspoons sweet mixture
Salt and pepper
1 chipotle pepper, minced
For the Burgers:
Oil, for drizzling
4 all-beef patties
Bibb lettuce
1/4 red onion, sliced
4 burger rolls, split
Your favorite fries, cooked according to package directions

Combine ingredients for the Sweet Mixture in a small bowl. Combine ingredients for the fry sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add burger patties and cook 3-5 minutes on each side, according to desired doneness.

Spread fry sauce on burger bun and top with patties, some lettuce, tomato and onion slices. Dip fries or onion rings in sauce
