Tots with Chipotle Ketchup

Serves Serves 6
1 large bag tater tots
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning or 2 teaspoons smoked sweet paprika, optional
1 1/2 cups organic ketchup
1 tablespoon seeded, pureed chipotle in adobo sauce

Preheat oven to 450F, according to package directions.

Sprinkle with Old Bay or smoked sweet paprika, if using, and bake until crispy.

While the tots cook, stir together ketchup and chipotle in adobo paste and serve alongside tots.
