For the waffles
  • 1 round of pizza dough, cut into 2 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, chopped
  • EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
For the Arugula Salad
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the waffles:

Preheat waffle maker to medium-high heat.

Roll out both halves of pizza dough until they are about the size of the waffle maker. Rub the dough with EVOO and sprinkle rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper on both sides.

Lay the seasoned dough into waffle maker, close the top and cook for 4 minutes.

Serve with arugula salad, sliced fresh mozzarella, and prosciutto.

For the arugula salad:

Toss arugula with lemon juice, EVOO, salt and pepper. Serve with Focaccia Flatbread Waffles.
