Cider Know-How: Apple Cider Cake with Cinnamon-Cream Cheese Frosting

Serves Serves 6-8
1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
4 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or large mixing bowl with a handheld mixer, beat together the cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth and creamy, 4-5 minutes.
