Playing Bobby Flay's Honey Mustard Mint Sauce


  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup clover honey
  • 2 heaping tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
  • 8 mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper


Serves: 4 servings


Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, cover and let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
