- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup clover honey
- 2 heaping tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
- 8 mint leaves, finely chopped
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, cover and let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
