Ingredients
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce, whatever's left at the bottom of the jar
- 1/4 cup orange juice (eyeball it)
Yield
Serves: about 1/2 cup
Preparation
Pour a couple of splashes of orange juice into the bottom of an almost-empty BBQ sauce bottle and shake to combine.
Pour mixture into the pan after cooking meat or fish, stirring to scrape up any bits that may be stuck to the bottom of the pan, and reduce until syrupy.
Pour the glaze over the cooked meat and veggies.
