Tuscan BBQ Sauce

Serves about 1/2 cup
1/4 cup barbeque sauce, whatever's left at the bottom of the jar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (eyeball it)

Pour a couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar into the bottom of an almost-empty BBQ sauce bottle and shake to combine.

Serve sauce over grilled steaks or portobello mushrooms.
